- Cancellations made up to 2 days before the scheduled trip incur no fees.
- Cancellations made later or in the case of a no-show result in a 100% charge of the total payment.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed through our bank, subject to applicable refund fees.
- Please allow approximately 7 working days from the cancellation date for the refund process to complete.
- Refunds will be credited only through the original method of payment.
- In cases where a payment error occurs, refunds will generally be issued to the original credit card used for the transaction.
